By visiting Appily Fourteen or completing a purchase, you enter into a binding agreement with APPILY FOURTEEN FLORET ATELIER PRIVATE LIMITED under these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the storefront.

3. Product scope

Our catalog lists flower seed varieties grouped into floret lines — meadow annuals, heritage perennials, cut-garden classics, trellis vines and scented blooms. Photographs depict the botanical variety associated with each lot. Packet labelling may vary by harvest season. Germination outcomes depend on soil, climate, sowing depth and care; we do not guarantee specific bloom timing or colour intensity in every region.

4. Accounts & checkout

You must provide accurate contact and delivery details. Email verification may be required before checkout. You are responsible for safeguarding login credentials and for all activity under your account.

5. Pricing & payment

Prices are shown in Indian Rupees and may change without prior notice. Payment is collected at checkout through our authorised payment partners. An order is confirmed only after successful payment authorisation and order acknowledgement.

6. Permitted use

Seeds are sold for sowing and ornamental gardening. Resale, bulk redistribution, or use contrary to applicable seed or phytosanitary regulations is prohibited unless expressly agreed in writing.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, APPILY FOURTEEN FLORET ATELIER PRIVATE LIMITED is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from germination failure, weather events, courier delays, or misuse of products. Our aggregate liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Hyderabad, Telangana shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to applicable consumer protection remedies.
